Geiranger: Zipline Park Experience

5.Zipline Park Experience

★★★★★★★★★★4.7 · 328 reviews · 30 minutes - 1.5 hours · from $78

Choose four ziplines for a brisk 30-minute outing, or add a self-guided via ferrata with four Nepalese bridges and four double ziplines. You’ll cross the Geiranger River, pass through forest, and finish above the Dynamite Waterfall. Staff explain the equipment in English or Norwegian, but the climbing course is largely unguided.

“I did the zipline experience (no via ferrata) although It looked like it would be an amazing experience. The zipline experience itself was very good. Getting from the cruise port to the location is about a 25-30 minute walk uphill but it is a beautiful walk even though you do need to walk up the main road. Communication with the company was decent though for some reason I could not get a detailed response for specific detail for walking up to the location from the port although once there in person, it is fairly self explanatory.”

“The e bike tour was excellent! I bike alot but my wife who only bikes occasionally also enjoyed the big ride up the "Eagle " switchback paved road up to the lookout. This was a reasonable challenge for me but as I stayed in a lower gear and my wife powered up the road on her own. She was very happy as the key is we are near 70 and she kept pace!. The two gals who were our guides did a very good job of explaining , helping and leading our group of about 15 people of various levels of skill. However I would say it is not for…”
