Paddle a double kayak from Eggum for three hours with guides such as Lucio, Israel, and Santi. You will cross calm coastal water, pause on a small island for hot drinks and snacks, and watch the midnight sun hover over the open ocean. No kayaking experience is required.

Meet at Eggum Harbour at 10 pm for a three-hour double-kayak trip along the coast and nearby islands. No experience is needed. Guides such as Lucio, Israel, Santiago, and Juke provide safety help, local stories, wildlife notes, tea, cookies, and photos when conditions allow. From August, the start time shifts with sunset.

Travel from Tromsø to Sommarøy by minibus or coach, stopping at fjords, mountain viewpoints, and coastal photo spots. English-speaking guides such as Pietro, Tomas, Mirko, and Marek lead the five-hour outing. Evening trips from late May to mid-July may catch the midnight sun, though clouds can hide it.

Meet at Scandic Ishavshotel for a 4 to 5 hour evening hike across Kvaløya, Ersfjordbotn, or Grotfjord. A guide such as Anthony, Ellie, Jeffrey, or Evgeni leads the walk, with poles, backpack, sitting pad, photos, and a homemade meal included. Expect changing Arctic weather, limited toilets, and excellent fjord views.
